An Unforgettable Summer
Dogskin Lake Lodge is looking for motivated individuals who love the outdoors and enjoy working with people. Staff receive private bedrooms, the same deluxe meals our guests enjoy, competitive wages, and tips. The season runs mid-May through late August, with potential hunting guide positions in late September.

Dockhand / Guide
Responsibilities
- Guiding guests and boat operation
- Light maintenance and boat cleaning
- Grounds upkeep and general lodge support
- Floatplane handling and dock operations
- Additional duties as needed
Ideal Candidate
Highly motivated self-starter with guiding experience or significant fishing expertise for walleye and pike. Strong teamwork, work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for the outdoors.
Waitress / Housekeeper
Responsibilities
- Breakfast and dinner service
- Shore lunch preparation assistance
- Lodge and cabin cleaning
- Cabin changeover between guest trips
- Related duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
Organized, outgoing individual with serving experience (or ability to learn quickly). Motivated self-starter with strong teamwork orientation and exceptional work ethic.
